Introduction

Therapy is a journey where people can be accepted just as they are and gain support in navigating their internal world to find healing and growth. Time spent living in different cultures has given me a deep level of respect for the diversity of human experience and the interconnectedness of beliefs, relationships, environment, and mental health. I believe that understanding the narratives we have about ourselves and how they came to be can help us break free from shame and overcome barriers in our lives- ultimately gaining the capacity to redefine our sense of self. I love working with people to process trauma, tackle anxiety issues, explore identity, work through grief, and navigate relationships, parenting, and life transitions- because I know there's so much hope and potential for healing and growth.
