I first started as an Addiction Counselor in Milwaukee, WI in 2005. After obtaining my Masters in Social Work in 2009, I have expanded to other areas of practice including Medical Social Work and Mental Health. Through professional and personal experience, I understand and appreciate that we each hold a narrative inside of our struggles, our pain, our triumphs, our goals and our dreams. I am truly honored to be able to help you navigate through yours. In therapy we will use a range of therapies such as CBT, DBT, ACT, Motivational Interviewing or EMDR along with other practical applications. Some of my areas of focus include grief, chronic illness, life transitions, Oncology, trauma, anxiety, depression, and spirituality.
