Introduction

I am a licensed clinical psychologist. I earned my PsyD in Clinical Psychology from Xavier University in 2022. My theoretical approach is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), with a focus on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I view clients and their issues through a developmental lens informed by clinical neuroscience, relational frame theory, and functional contextualism. In relationship therapy, I incorporate techniques from Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) and the Gottman Method. My work as a psychologist serves my core values of compassion, connection, curiosity, honesty, and humor.
