Introduction

I specialize in helping clients heal from anxiety, mood issues, and trauma. My clients may be seeking practical skills and tools in the present, or ways to process the lasting impact of painful past experiences. I meet each client with an approach that is collaborative, warm, respectful, and down-to-earth. I am particularly passionate about serving LGBTQ+ communities and individuals living with bipolar disorder. I am privileged to have over 10 years of experience as a psychotherapist. I have worked with adults with severe mental illness, low income kids and families, and diverse college and graduate students.
