Hi! I’m Sarah. I’m a therapist committed to supporting the process of both change and acceptance. Therapy starts with building a genuine therapeutic relationship. I hope to create a secure environment where you may be present, knowing that I have your back. From there, I’ll compassionately follow your pace. I believe that therapy is an ongoing process of building insight and resources. We can explore the external systems and internal factors which are impacting you. With awareness and support, you may find yourself making more intentional choices and adjusting your relationship with yourself and the world around you. I frequently work with adolescents and adults who live with anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic health conditions, and/or addiction. As an integrative therapist, I incorporate evidence-based practices based on your unique story and goals. I am a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor and Certified Trauma Professional.
