Introduction

Can you remember a time when anxiety, stress and low self-esteem weren’t your “norm," but now it is? If you know how to change that, what would be different for you? As your therapist I help women ages 18 and up just like you: the ones that have it within them to regain their confidence and find the sense of balance they've been looking for in life, but just need the support to do that. Together we'll explore life's challenges, both past and present that you feel are holding you back. It's your turn to take care of you, and our therapy together will be unique to your goals, while being challenging yet comfortable. The time you spend in therapy is special, which means counseling is not a "one size fits all approach." You'll learn how to work towards identifying and managing emotions, learning to be kind to yourself, and leave sessions with a plan for the week so you feel prepared to tackle life as it happens. My goal is to help you find confidence and happiness within yourself by equipping you with the tools needed to continue to live your daily life free of excess stress, toxic relationships, and difficult emotions. I invite you to reach out if you would like to start with a free consultation to begin the process of bringing back harmony to your life.
