Introduction

Hi there! I’m Sarah, a licensed therapist and the founder of Wildflower Therapy Services. I offer telehealth therapy sessions across Alabama. My passion is helping navigate the complexities of life—whether it’s processing grief, managing anxiety, adjusting to life changes, or coping with the weight of caregiver responsibilities. If you’re looking for a safe, non-judgmental space to explore your emotions, you’re in the right place. I know life isn’t always a walk in the park, and sometimes it can feel like you’re stuck in a never-ending "Mean Girls" burn book. But I’m here to remind you that you deserve to feel supported and empowered. Therapeutic Approach My approach is integrative, blending evidence-based techniques with a warm, conversational style. I believe therapy isn’t just about “fixing” what’s broken—it’s about building resilience, understanding yourself better, and feeling empowered to make changes that align with your values. Whether you’re experiencing anxiety, depression, or just need a guide through life’s unpredictable plot twists, we’ll work collaboratively to build strategies that work for you. I love to draw inspiration from a variety of sources, from psychological theories to my favorite social justice reads and the wisdom found in the pages of Harry Potter (because if there’s one thing I believe in, it’s that we all have a little magic inside us). Therapy with me won’t be like anything you’ve experienced before—expect real talk, a no-pressure vibe, and a deep respect for the journey you’re on. Therapy with Me is for You if: You want a therapist who’s relatable and down-to-earth (yes, I know the struggle is real, and I’m so not here to lecture you). You’re a millennial who likes therapy with a side of real talk and pop culture references. You need someone who understands the nuances of motherhood, grief, anxiety, and caregiving, especially as they relate to being a woman. You’re ready to dive into the real work of healing while also maintaining a sense of humor (because we need that!). I am able to accept insurance through Headway. If you would like to use your insurance benefits, please book a consultation and let me know if the message so I can have Headway run benefits and review copay etc during the consultation time.
