Introduction

Are you part of the LGBTQ+ community, feeling isolated and like no one understands you? Are you struggling with feelings of anxiety, depression, or finding difficulty relating with family and friends? Are you discovering your identity and navigating personal and emotional challenges that come with that process? It can be very difficult to feel connected to loved ones if they don’t understand every part of you, and the emotions that follow can be hard to navigate alone. I can work with you and provide you the support you need to cope with your emotions; to understand and value your identity; and transition into living authentically. My approach is humanistic and culturally sensitive. I will foster a safe space for you so you can discuss your life openly and authentically express yourself. I see your resilience and uniqueness and want to help you to realize your strength too. Together, we will find therapeutic approaches and coping skills that will help you to develop a fulfilling life. You don’t have to cope or explore your identity alone. If you are looking for a queer and nonbinary therapist to support you, help you develop skills to improve your life and feelings, and help you reach your goals, please contact me via phone or email. I look forward to hearing from you and walking with you on your journey! I currently have availability during the morning/early afternoon Sun-Tues, and limited in person availability Sunday mornings.
