Introduction

“Opportunities to find deeper powers within ourselves come when life seems most challenging.”- Joseph Campbell Welcome! Servicios en español. Services en français. I’m passionate about helping people achieve transformation and wellbeing during challenging times in life. Over the years, many clients have shared with me that they’ve benefited from my ability to deeply listen to them with compassion. I’m so honored by this feedback! It serves as my inspiration to continue to facilitate the change and relief my clients deserve. My foremost focus is to truly listen to and understand my clients, and next to challenge them to grow in a supportive way. As a licensed therapist with over a decade of experience, I’ve enjoyed working with people with a wide range of concerns, diverse identities, and unique stories. I received my master’s degree from the University of California Berkeley in community mental health social work, and my bachelor’s degree in psychology and French from New York University. Issues such as anxiety, depression, relationships, self-confidence, grief, trauma, life balance, and self-actualization are some of the most common areas I help with. When partnering with my clients, the methods we use are proven and well-researched. They include techniques such cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and solution-focused therapy. We identify your strengths, goals, problems, and struggles. We then work collaboratively so that you can develop insight, change, and greater psychological freedom. Our work together starts with an initial 20 minute consultation (free of charge.) All sessions are virtual at this time. Please reach out by phone or email to start the process.
