Introduction

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker located in Hamburg, NY. I offer both in-person and virtual mental health therapy services. In 2011 began my career working in community based mental health clinics providing counseling services to at risk children, youth and families. In 2021 I opened a private practice to focus on the mental health of teens, young adults, parents and families who are struggling with mood regulation, relationship challenges, stress management, at risk behaviors and life adjustments. I am able to provide mental health counseling using Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness strategies and Dialectal Behavioral Therapy (DBT) informed treatment. In addition to private practice, I also provide mental health therapy for medical students who attend the University at Buffalo Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences.
