Introduction

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor committed to helping individuals learn how to deal with life stress and adjust to major changes. My work focuses on helping clients recognize ineffective behaviors, habits, and beliefs and changing those to more effective ways of coping with situations. I believe in meeting people where they are and helping them get where they want to be through non-judgment and acceptance. I’m passionate about helping young mothers struggling with postpartum depression; children adjusting to new school, new sibling, adoption and/or divorce; teenagers struggling with anxiety and/or depression.
