I use an integrative approach to counseling, which allows me to tailor therapy to your specific needs. My practice includes cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, Brainspotting and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing). I specialize in anxiety and practice from a trauma lens.
