She holds a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from Metropolitan State University of Denver and a Master of Clinical Social Work from the University of Kentucky, and is committed to ongoing education and actively engaged in social advocacy causes that contribute to social progress. She is trained in EMDR and currently undergoing sex therapy certification coursework Radical self-love, embodiment, and somatic experiencing are catalysts for healing and pillars of resilience. You will explore these via EMDR skills and multifaceted integrative approaches curated to each individual client. She is ready to meet you wherever you are in your journey through the Chrysalis - you deserve a space where you can authentically be yourself and leave behind the burdens that weigh you down.
