Introduction

I am a non-binary, queer associate therapist. I have a background in working with neurodiverse, LGBTQ+, poly & plural populations in a breadth of areas from every day life, relationships, trauma, grief, identity & values exploration and self-advocacy. I believe in self-compassion as a life-time occupation, a work that is both as complex and meaningful as it is demanding. I work to help you better understand yourself, to become your own best friend, most ardent supporter and fearless champion. You are, in the end, exactly as you should be.
