Introduction

Many of us are facing overwhelming changes right now and are looking for a place to sort through it all. You may seek to deepen insight, heal, and make meaning of your challenges. Perhaps you are experiencing anxiety, a major life transition, or difficulties in your relationships. You may also have lived with trauma or chronic illness and wish to have a space that's safe and free of judgment in order to process your experiences and move forward with a renewed sense of purpose and understanding. My areas of specialization include anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, trauma, identity work, and perinatal mental health. My practice is trauma-informed and LGBTQ+ affirmative. In addition to mental health, I have a background in theater, improv, and yoga. My approach to therapy is primarily open-ended and explorative, though I also incorporate structured approaches. I believe in the importance of cultivating meaningful, collaborative therapeutic relationships in order to explore outside relationships and create change.
