Introduction

If you're looking for a therapist who is genuine, relatable and invested in respecting your process for change you’re in the right place. Do you feel like you have been able to keep it together, but are seeking to live a fuller life? Maybe you struggle with worrying too much, or feeling like you're always in your head. Feeling down, not enjoying the things we used to do, trouble concentrating, or feelings of irritability can make us feel stuck. I'm here to work with you to clear the fog. You could also just be looking for someone to support you through a dilemma or change in your life, I'm here for that too! I have worked for over a decade in the counseling field and have experience supporting people experiencing depression, anxiety, perinatal issues ( such as postpartum depression and anxiety) self esteem issues, life transitions, and substance use disorders. I am currently accepting clients for telehealth therapy on Friday mornings and afternoons. I accept Blue Cross, United Health an Neighborhood Health Plan of RI. The self pay rate is $125 a session.
