Introduction

Couples Therapy Many couples can benefit from a safe space to be emotionally vulnerable with each other, whether you are experiencing a difficult period of conflict or you simply want to improve your connection with each other. In my clinic, the couple as a unit is the client. This means that I will act as a neutral third party that identifies gaps in understanding that would be harder for you to notice by yourself as individuals. My approach is driven completely by a large body of scientific research conducted over the span of 40 years about how to help couples succeed. This allows couples to take the guesswork out of improving their relationship so they can focus on gaining the right skills that will serve them well. Qualifications (Couples Therapy) Techniques I am trained in: • Gottman Certified Couples Therapist • Trained by the Gottman Institute in treating addiction, affairs, and trauma in relationships OCD and Anxiety Untreated OCD and anxiety invades many or all of the precious moments of your life. In my clinic, I use these proven, science-based techniques to methodically and strategically teach your brain how to finally take the calmer path away from the suffering that has taken up so much space in your life.
