Introduction
I am a licensed psychologist with about 15 years of experience working in the mental health field providing individual therapy. Though I have worked with adult clients experiencing a wide range of mental health symptoms, I have specialization working with older adults and those who have experienced trauma. My therapy style is a balance of solution-focused interventions and client empowerment. I utilize an eclectic therapy style so that I can best meet clients where they are at. I am EMDR trained, but also use cognitive behavioral, solution-focused, ACT, and dialectical behavioral therapies. My goal is for clients is for them to better live in the present so that they can engage more fully in their lives.
