Sarah has been a practicing therapist for seven years, she supervises new therapists, and teaches at Simmons University. She has worked in many capacities with people of all different ages and backgrounds. In previous positions, she has worked with children, adults and families. She specializes with complex trauma, Anxiety Disorders, Depressive Disorders, Personality Disorders, and transitions of life. Sarah strives to provide an environment where all people are comfortable and empowered to build the life they want. Sarah utilizes Solution Focused, Cognitive Behavioral, Dialectical Behavioral, and Strengths Based approaches to support clients in feeling empowered to collaborate on treatment goals. Sarah believes that the client and therapist work together to find what best fits their treatment goals. Sarah loves to bring the client’s interests into therapy whether it’s art, music, or their favorite TV show. Outside of the work place, Sarah enjoys the beach, yoga, books, and music. Sarah is compassionate, friendly, and eager to work with you!
