Introduction

Welcome to a place where your mental and emotional well-being will receive full attention! As a licensed therapist with 15+ years of experience in mental health, I offer a personalized, holistic approach to healing. Whether you prefer in-office, telehealth, or the comfort of a home visit, I am here to provide you and your family with the support you need. I hold certifications in traditional therapies, such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and my education is in transpersonal psychology. My practice focuses on the mind-body-spirit connection, how our thoughts influence our emotions, and how our brain and body speak to each other. Sessions often blend traditional talk therapy with artsy elements like drawing, mindfulness, musical vibes, aromatherapy, and even a bit of movement. We're not just finding words; we're creating an understanding of *your* life. My job is to listen to your story, make reflections and suggestions, and cheer you on along the way! I am also trained as a Death Doula and provide End-of-Life care for individuals living with a terminal diagnosis. My experience ranges from working in the K-12 school system to working in the field with people experiencing severe mental health symptoms and homelessness. I enjoy working with all ages, and especially love helping teens get ready to launch into adulthood. I also work with my dog, Milo, who is available to provide comfort during in-person sessions. 🐶 https://www.psychologytoday.com/profile/1226298
