Introduction

*I am accepting new clients and supervisees in Massachusetts* If you’ve found yourself checking out this page, it probably means you’re looking for the right therapist. Are you feeling overwhelmed, stressed, or lonely? Maybe work has been super crazy lately and it feels like too much? Are you transitioning into a new life stage and it’s feeling like kind of a lot? Have you lost an important person to you? Whatever it is that has you seeking out therapy, you should be proud of yourself for taking this first step and I’d love to help! I’ve been working in the field for six years and have experience with all sorts of people and their unique struggles. Ranging from anxiety and depression, to trauma and grief, my focus has always been on helping my clients gain insight and find a path forward. I believe that clients have the capability to shape their lives in a way that works best for them and that everyone has the capacity to learn new skills to help them manage the things that life can throw their way. My modality focuses on utilizing CBT and DBT to assist clients in the process of better understanding and managing their thoughts, feelings, and emotions. Therapy can seem scary, but my goal is to help you feel as secure as possible and guide you through the process of building stronger coping skills and feeling more comfortable with being uncomfortable!
