Introduction

I'm Sarah K. Gilbert. I began my social work career in 2006. Over the last 18 years, I've worked with many people experiencing financial, emotional and spiritual stressors. My goal is to help you navigate change and to help you adapt to whatever changes you face. I want to provide you with a safe place to process whatever it is that you feel may be holding you back or hindering your growth. I can help you view life's challenges from another perspective. I use solution focused brief therapy and am available for longer term listening as necessary. I also provide private adoption services. I am available to complete private home investigations/evaluations for stepparent and relative adoptions and am able to submit those reports to the probate courts in the State of Alabama.
