Introduction

I have a strong history of working with an array of populations from those with Complex PTSD, those who have been in abusive relationships, those who struggle with anger, those in a relationship who want to strengthen the relationship or do not know how to separate in the best manner, substance use and more. No matter what the issue a person is struggling with it can be painful and hard to navigate. I want to help collaborate and be a part of your growth and help process through some of the hardest times as well as through the growth. I am currently working on my certificate in Internal Family Systems (IFS). I am certified in EMDR and Brainspotting. I also am educated and certified in the completion of the courses in Emotion Focused Therapy. I specialize in attachment and trauma.
