Sarah has worked with clients experiencing challenges like anxiety, depression, trauma, phobias, psychosis, eating disorders, and family conflict. She regularly draws on cognitive-behavioral, acceptance & commitment, narrative, solution-focused, and play and art therapies, and incorporates mindfulness approaches. Sarah helps clients express themselves, discover valuable insights into their stories, and make lasting change. Sarah is experienced in working with clients in the LGBTQIA+ community and warmly welcomes clients of all gender identities and sexual orientations.
