Welcome. I’m an independently licensed therapist with a focus on working with LGBTQ+ individuals and their families. My practice is rooted in a client-centered, trauma-informed approach, with an emphasis on identity development, emotional regulation, and relational healing. I bring particular expertise in exploring gender and sexuality, and I provide affirming, nonjudgmental support as clients navigate these deeply personal journeys. As a queer clinician, I integrate both personal insight and professional training into my work. I draw inspiration from Bell Hooks’ framing of queerness as a way of being that challenges societal norms and invites us to create space for authenticity, voice, and freedom. I also incorporate ecopsychological perspectives, supporting clients in reconnecting with the natural world as a meaningful part of mental wellness. My goal is to co-create a therapeutic space where you feel safe, empowered, and deeply seen—where growth can happen at your own pace, with both compassion and clarity.
