Introduction

As a foster parent, a step parent, and a bio parent I have a unique insight to blended families. I have 7 years experience working with families in the child welfare system and have a casual and safe style that makes me effective with working with youth and adolescents who have experienced trauma. I am an action based therapist that will teach coping skills right from the beginning to help you manage your own everyday symptoms. I strive to create a safe and welcoming environment for people of all ages.
