Introduction

Welcome to my practice. I’m glad you’re here. I am a licensed mental health counselor serving individuals in New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and Maine. Working with diverse populations, and with clients of all ages, I have been in practice since 2008. If you find yourself grappling with major life adjustments, a significant loss, or the need for transformative change, you're in the right place. Feeling overwhelmed, lost, and confused is a common experience, but you don't have to navigate it alone. Using your desire to feel better and move forward in your life, even with uncertainty as to how, is a courageous first step. In therapy, we'll explore your emotions and experiences, understanding their influence from your past to present. I'll equip you with coping skills, mindfulness techniques, and strategies to challenge unhelpful thoughts and to help you create change. My approach includes evidence-based practices like CBT, ACT, MI, mindfulness, and solution-focused therapy. I encourage you to tap into the strength that is already within you, and to reach out for support. Whether your goal is to improve your mood, relationships, cope with a life transition, process a loss, or something else, I'm here to help you on the path to recovery. You are worthy of peace and healing, and I am grateful that you are taking this step.
