Introduction

You may find your emotions to be overwhelming, or even consuming. It's as if they override your decisions. When things are bad, they feel really bad. Afraid of your own feelings, you find yourself going to great lengths to avoid them all together. If you can relate, I am here to compassionately guide you through the intricate terrain of your emotions. The aim of my treatment is to offer deep understanding while employing proven methods to facilitate and accelerate the healing process. We are not wired to cope with life alone. Even if we are not "alone," sometimes the ones within our support system cannot fully support or understand us. If you think it'd be helpful to have someone to venture with you on your healing journey, don't hesitate to reach out. I know finding the right therapist can take some time, so please feel free to schedule a consult or reach out with any questions you may have.
