Introduction

Welcome! I'm so glad you're here. How do you know if therapy might help your child or teen? Maybe mornings are a battle, or school calls you too often. Your child or teen is struggling with meltdowns, sleep, or friendships. They might avoid social situations or feel overwhelmed in groups. As a parent, you’re trying everything, but nothing seems to work long-term. If this sounds familiar, therapy might be right for you. I’m passionate about working with children, teens, and the adults who love themto help navigate life's challenges. I seek to facilitate development of clients, young and old, by providing a deep understanding of clients, communicating empathy, and providing conditions for insight and action. Through a safe, supportive environment, I offer guidance in building emotional regulation, decision-making, and resilience. I collaborate closely with parents, listening without judgment to find strategies that best support your child’s growth. I believe that everyone strives to do the best for themselves and others, yet sometimes we get lost along the way. Growing up is hard work and so is guiding someone through it. If you or your child/teen are facing tough times, I’d love to connect and explore how I can help. Reach out anytime! I am neurodiversity and LGBTQIA affirming.
