My passion is to serve adults committed to their self-development, and that are seeking intentional change in their life. Therapy is a sacred place that is often met with anguishing discomfort but as your therapist, I aim to provide a safe environment where vulnerability is welcomed. My therapy model encompasses a person-centered approach that is founded on genuine empathy for my clients . Through the therapeutic relationship, I aim to empower my clients so they can see their true potential, and develop a self-leadership role in their life. My specialties include anxiety, trauma, depression, and life transitions. My goal as your therapist is to create a space free of judgment that is dedicated to understanding your experiences, feelings, cultural background, and trauma .
