Introduction

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who enjoys working with adults and seniors. Many times, taking the step to enter therapy can be a difficult decision. Being able to acknowledge that life has become overwhelming and extra support is needed takes courage. Coming from the strengths-based perspective, I believe that everyone has the abilities and qualities to set and achieve goals to better their lives. Together we can work to develop healthy and effective coping skills to help manage life's stressors.
