I am glad you are here! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-C) in Maryland, Washington D.C. and California and a Reiki healer. I received my Bachelor of Arts in Social Work at Salisbury University and Master of Social Work at University of Maryland, Baltimore. I am a Certified Clinical Telemental Health Provider and provide services only through telehealth. I recently completed training for Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) through Polaris Insight Center and can assist in the preparation and integration of Ketamine treatment. If this is your first time exploring therapy or Reiki, you may be extremely hesitant to reach out and take the next step towards personal growth. You may have wanted to get into therapy for sometime or try a different type of healing. You may have come across difficult times most recently and feel the need to process through your emotions with someone who isn’t within your close circle. I will partner with you to identify your areas of focus. From there, we can collaborate together to promote your healing. I have seen amazing transformations with current and past clients. I am a caring, compassionate person who has been called to help others and am extremely passionate about my own personal growth. I specialize in adolescents (13-17) and young professional adults. I have over 13 years of experience providing individual and family therapy within inpatient psychiatric hospitals, school systems, outpatient clinics, and managed care settings in Washington, D.C. and Baltimore, Maryland. I am also a Usui Holy Reiki Fire III - Reiki Master and can combine this type of healing with therapy or provide this as a separate service. I use evidence-based best practices and am continuously training to further my knowledge as a practitioner.
