In my practice, I am here to meet you where you are and support you in creating the change you desire. In my free time, I love to immerse myself in the beauty of nature, travel, and create new experiences. I also enjoy reading, walking my two dogs, staying active, watching reality TV, practicing yoga, and engaging with friends and family. I’m particularly passionate about working with young adults, and I would be honored to support you on your journey of healing and self-discovery.
