Introduction

Hi there! If you're feeling like the world wasn't made for you, I'm here to help create a space that feels like it was- safe and accepting. Here you can learn and grow into your truest self. We'll work together as a team to facilitate insight and understanding within yourself and within your relationships. Bring your partner into the room with you and we can work to define your relationship goals, communicate effectively, navigate sexual desires and learn tools for healthy conflict management. My training and education is specifically based in working with relationships. I believe that relationships play apart of the therapeutic process whether the relationship is in the room or not. Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and attachment theory ground and guide this process, allowing me to meet you where you're at in life. In addition to helping couples feel prepared to communicate and thrive in their relationship, I can also help address many issues within the individual as well such as: childhood and relational trauma, life transitions, anxiety, low self-esteem, LGBTQIA+ topics, exploring gender and sexuality identity and building coping skills.
