Introduction

Hello and welcome! I'm excited to work with folks navigating trauma, and recognizing the ways internalized messages and experiences have impacted and kept them from fully being the person they want to be. I use an attachment (relationship-based) approach that is trauma-informed, somatically (body and mind) inclusive, and eclectic based on your specific needs and what works for you. I am an EMDRIA certified therapist, trained in Somatic and Attachment Focused EMDR. I also have extensive training in other modalities including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Parts Work, Self-Compassion, and more. I feel passionately about how our ability to work toward healing as individuals then translates into our ability to show up in community and build the relationships and world we want and need so everyone can be free. I am passionate about working with queer and trans folks and can provide documentation for gender-affirming care.
