Introduction

Therapy Creates Space to Heal & Grow Sharing our deepest thoughts and emotions can be scary so it is important to find a therapist that is the right fit for you. The therapeutic relationship is the most important aspect of therapy because connection is key to feeling seen and heard. I look forward to walking alongside you in your journey without judgment, without trying to “fix” you, addressing the barriers to meeting your goals, developing a plan together, and working with you to become the best version of yourself. My approach to therapy is based on individualized counseling services that meets each client where they are at in their own healing journey. I provide my clients with a safe space and non-judgmental environment to heal from the past, connect to the present moment, and achieve their future goals. I have specialized training in perinatal mental health including Perinatal Mood Disorders, Pregnancy and Infant Loss, Infertility, Birth Trauma, Anxiety, and Parenting.
