Introduction

My name is Sarah Cybulski and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. Over the past decade I have worked in school and private practice settings specializing in supporting older adolescents, adults and couples facing anxiety, depression, ADHD, life transitions, relationship issues and grief. As a therapist I aim to ensure all my clients feel safe, heard and supported while also being challenged to make changes and look forward to growth. I seek to support my clients in recognizing and understanding their whole selves and the impact of past and current life circumstances on their well-being, while working toward clarifying and planning future goals. My therapeutic orientation is person-centered and strengths-based. I practice evidence-based treatments to help adults, teens, couples, and families achieve their goals. I strive to create a strong therapeutic relationship free from judgement wherein you can be your most authentic self and begin to understand your feelings and experiences, allowing you to foster peace and happiness within yourself.
