Introduction

People often hold their pain inside, perhaps fearing they will burden others or not get the support they need. I can help by providing a space in which you can express yourself freely. In my experience, opening up emotionally to access the core of pain is where lasting, transformative change takes place. Thus, I am committed to providing an environment in which you feel free to express your feelings, no matter how difficult, in order to lead a fuller, richer life. I work with individuals who are seeking relief from emotional distress and pain and want to live more meaningful and fulfilling lives. People come see me for a variety of reasons, including when they feel depressed, overwhelmed, or disconnected in their lives and relationships. I work collaboratively with people to help them connect with the life they desire.
