Introduction

Welcome, I am so happy you are here! My name is Sarah Castaneda and I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience in a variety of settings including in-home, outpatient, and community based agencies serving individuals and families across the lifespan. As a clinician I value faith, authenticity, collaboration, relationship building, and humor all of which I will incorporate into our sessions. I am a relational therapist who focuses on the whole person. I strive to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you are able to be your most authentic self. Although I operate with a Christian foundation I do provide services to individuals of all backgrounds, religious or non-religious beliefs. Currently, I am providing individual therapy to teens and adults. At this time services are provided via Telehealth. In addition to therapy I provide mentorship to new and seasoned clinicians as well as clinical supervision. You are more than welcome to request a free 15 minute consultation with me to ask any questions you have regarding therapy, supervision or mentorship. I look forward to hearing from you!
