Introduction

Welcome to my practice! I admire you for making your mental health a priority—that’s a big deal. Let me give you a quick idea of who I am and what I can offer. I’m naturally empathetic and genuinely care about the well-being of my clients. My goal is to work alongside you to help you achieve your mental health goals. I have experience working with people of all ages, from kids and teens to adults, who are dealing with anxiety, depression, and other mood issues. I’ve also worked as a school counselor, so I have a lot of experience helping children and adolescents. In therapy, I’m all about being real and honest. I listen, validate, challenge, and encourage you, and sometimes I’ll share my own experiences if it feels helpful. I believe in creating personalized treatment plans that are tailored to your specific needs and goals. I use different therapy approaches, like CBT, DBT skills, Brainspotting, Art & Play Therapy, and more, depending on what works best for you. Above all, I strive to create a warm and friendly environment where you feel comfortable and supported but also open to being vulnerable and challenged. We’re in this together, so if you’re interested in working with me, please reach out. I’d love to help you on your journey to feeling better and becoming the best version of yourself!
