Welcome! I believe you already have the skills necessary to make significant change. I want to listen to you and empower you to identify your strengths and build on them. I will use a neurodivergent affirmative lens that will embrace our differences. We will work on enhancing self-compassion, self-understanding, and self-care. I am a neurodivergent Licensed Independent Social Worker with experience working with adults from a variety of stages in life, cultures, and sexual orientations. I help treat symptoms associated with anxiety, physical health, depression, caregiver stress, grief, and role transition. I am experienced in working with people during times of life transition, grief, depression, and anxiety. I utilize humor when appropriate in an environment where you can feel comfortable and accepted.
