Hello and welcome. My name is Sarah and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have a passion for working with adolescents and adults struggling from a multitude of issues. I have experience working with individuals struggling with PTSD, secondary PTSD, mood disorders, personality disorders, substance use disorder and other addictions. I take an eclectic approach to therapy but most commonly use Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help individuals recover from a multitude of mental health issues. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Social Work at the University of North Texas and went on to receive my Master’s degree in Social Work at the University of Texas at Arlington with a focus in Mental Health and Substance Use. I am so excited you are looking to begin your therapy journey and I hope to hear from you soon!
