Introduction

Hi! My name is Sarah and I have been a licensed therapist for over five years now. I work closely with clients, to help them overcome traumatic events and prolonged grief. I strive to connect with each and every client in order to create safety in our sessions. I specialize in anxiety, depression and work well with neurodivergent individuals. I mostly use CBT, SFBT, IFS and EMDR in my sessions. I also offer clinical supervision towards LPC licensure.
