Introduction

Therapy can be a helpful way to gain insights, explore, and challenge yourself in a space that is free of judgment. I aim to provide a space where you can feel connected and supported, and where you can develop skills that will help you navigate challenges, thrive, and create meaningful change. I value learning about each client’s background and lived experience, and use a warm, active, and collaborative approach in therapy. As a bicultural and bilingual therapist, I provide individual therapy services in English and Spanish. I use a trauma-informed and integrative approach in therapy, and I incorporate various types of therapy, such as DBT, CBT, and ACT, depending on your needs and preferences. With couples, I use the skills-based Gottman Method of Couples Therapy. I have training and expertise in working with anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship concerns, work/life balance, self-esteem, body image concerns, trauma, stress management, racial/ethnic identity, and LGBTQ+ identity exploration.
