I believe that healing unfolds as a result of heart-centered connection in a compassionate space. I help clients discover their inner strength and capabilities, process challenging emotions, and transform patterns that are no longer working. I provide honest and direct feedback, while focusing on a client's ability to change and engage in self growth. I work with adults focusing on a variety of trauma and attachment-based issues, including: PTSD, addiction, perfectionism, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, grief, and anger issues. My counseling style integrates mindfulness-based counseling, Internal Family Systems, relational therapy, attachment work, and EMDR trauma therapy.
