It's important that you find a therapist that is a right fit for you. I strive to create a safe holding environment where clients feel understood and encouraged to take their next step. I utilize a developmental framework and family systems approach, while viewing each client as a unique individual. I specialize in working with young children and families, providing individual, family, couples, and group treatment. I have experience working with clients in a variety of settings and capacities including those with severe mental illness, trauma, anxiety, depression, parenting, and developmental delays. Modalities include play-based therapy, psychodynamic treatment, attachment-based therapy, emotionally focused therapy and mindfulness. I earned my bachelors of science in psychology from the University of Arizona, my masters of science in child development from Erikson Institute, and my master’s in social work with a specialization in mental health and clinical concentration in children and families from Loyola University Chicago.
