Introduction

I support individuals in reclaiming their body sovereignty and sense of self after trauma. I am a neuroqueer therapist (AuD/HD) who has had my own recovery journey from disordered eating and trauma, and I love supporting others in realizing their own inherent wholeness, unique gifts, and befriending their nervous systems so that they can heal and grow. My therapeutic orientation is grounded in creative, somatic, humanistic modalities. I have experience and training in Narrative therapy, Parts-work (IFS), EMDR, Somatic Counseling, Dance/Movement Therapy, DBT, and MI. All the work I do is anchored in social-justice-informed, intersectional feminist therapy practices that centers and uplifts marginalized identities. All services I provide are non-denominational and non-religious in nature, however if it appeals to you, I love working with scientifically-minded and spiritually-curious individuals. I am skilled at integrating archetype-work grounded in the tarot, intuition-building practices, and facilitating supportive relationship-building with spiritual guides and imaginal resources.
