Introduction

“There are countless methods for healing & moving forward. Commitment to my clients begins with a firmly held belief in the ability of individuals to advocate for themselves & choose their own path. Emotions & feelings are a gift; they are the natural barometer for navigating our lives. Often we fear or misinterpret those emotions & fall into a holding pattern as to how to move forward. The best work is done when we are honest and open about who we are, and where we want to be. Interventions are guided through your ideals & values. Engaging in this healing process is a privilege, which provides a level of commitment.” “My experience is rooted in the mind + body connect, working through & experiencing the somatic experience of life, freeing ourselves from trauma & bumps in the road. Registered Yoga Teacher (in progress). EMDR certified. We have two therapy dogs who are often present for individual and group sessions and are an active part of our team 🙂 We invite you and your family to come spend some time and explore how you can improve your daily lives” Sara works often with police officers & first responders struggling to find their way; providing a private space for men and women to come & examine their current state, within their current role, with the hope to gain some skill and insight into the body’s physical response to mild to severe trauma. Sara is a yoga practitioner and trauma therapist whose experience is focused on working through the bereavement process of children, parents and families of homicide; specifically working with parents who have lost a child to homicide, police, first responders, victims of violent crimes, returning veterans and their families. Sara will also provide assessments & provide resources, counseling and therapy for spouses and children of first responders. Grace Integrated is committed to the individual or entire family; specifically working with children, teens, young adults, individuals, couples and families. Our team has extensive background in the treatment of families struggling with changes, addiction, school-related issues requiring educational advocacy, developmental disorders, Post traumatic stress, trauma related disorders, anxiety, depression and struggles related to grief and bereavement. Grace Integrated provides collaborative team legal divorce mediation services, which includes family counseling pre/post divorce.
