Introduction

I specialize in supporting families through pregnancy & postpartum-related mental health concerns & the adjustment to parenthood. Whether you are trying to conceive, expecting, or a new parent, this can be a stage of life that is full of changes and challenges. Through counseling, I am here to support you in navigating these ups and downs, while finding joy and balance along the way. I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of Kentucky. Before moving to Louisville, I earned my Masters of Education in Human Development Counseling from Vanderbilt University. I also hold a Bachelors of Science in Psychology from TN Tech University. I am proud to serve on the board of directors for Postpartum Support International's Kentucky Chapter, to further support parents and raise awareness for perinatal mental health concerns. I have received specialized training in EMDR, Child-Parent Psychotherapy, Emotionally-Focused Couples Therapy, as well as perinatal mental health issues & trauma. I use evidence-based practices to help clients heal and make positive changes in their lives. I enjoy working with folks to address a variety of presenting concerns, including depression, anxiety, grief/loss, trauma, and transitions/stage of life issues. I have experience working with children, teens, adults, and couples. It is my deep honor to walk with individuals, couples, and families through the many challenges and stages of life. I am grateful to join others in their healing journeys, and I consider myself fortunate to learn alongside my clients every day.
