Introduction

I offer psychological evaluations, individual and family therapy for ages 3 and up. I provide a confidential, compassionate, and collaborative professional relationship to help clients gain clarity about thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and values. When needed, I teach interpersonal and emotion regulation skills. I use treatment methods supported by the strongest research evidence. I am Board Certified in Couple and Family Psychology and have certifications in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (for preschool-age children) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I have completed training by Postpartum Support International in perinatal mental health and the Institute for Creative Mindfulness in EMDR. I have worked in academic medical center and community agency settings, and I continue to teach graduate students in psychology and psychiatry fellows.
